Need to Cancel?
I understand that plans can change, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. To ensure fairness to both my clients and my operations, I kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If less than 24 hours' notice is given, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be applied, which will be charged at your next appointment. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this allows me to better serve all of my valued clients and manage my schedule efficiently.
Not Satisfied?
If you're not satisfied with the service I provide, please let me know within one week of your appointment. I'll schedule a complimentary follow-up to address your concerns at no extra charge. Your satisfaction is my priority, and I value your feedback to improve my services.
Not loving your retail purchase?
I want you to love the retail products you purchase from me, and I stand by the quality of my offerings. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of the original purchase date for an exchange.
