Need to Cancel?

I completely understand that life happens and plans can change. However, consistency and respect for time are important to maintain a smooth schedule for everyone.
If there are three cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or three no-shows, I will no longer be able to continue booking future appointments. At that point, I’ll be happy to refer you to another stylist who may better fit your scheduling needs.

Not Satisfied?
If you're not satisfied with the service I provide, please let me know within one week of your appointment. I'll schedule a complimentary follow-up to address your concerns at no extra charge. Your satisfaction is my priority, and I value your feedback to improve my services.

Not loving your retail purchase?
I want you to love the retail products you purchase from me, and I stand by the quality of my offerings. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of the original purchase date for an exchange.
